Over the course of 8 to 16 weeks, we will hold 8 coaching session during which we will create an exciting career vision, define your direction and develop a supporting action plan to help you get the results you want. The sessions are all tailored to your needs and will broadly follow a 4 phase framework to help us stay focused
Throughout the 8 to 16 weeks we will be on hand to discuss anything you need – whether that’s a new job application, an interview, or even a stressor at work. We will communicate regularly by phone, email and text to make sure you have everything you need
As part of our work together, you will get access to all my tools and workbook to help you enhance your self awareness, and make objective decisions about your career. You will also have access to my exclusive coaching workshops and networking events that I run throughout the year
Each career coaching session will be a focused conversation to help you to reach clarity within a step by step process. I will ensure each session benefits you as a stand alone session and also as a part of the programme to help you reach your coaching objectives. Due to the current circumstances, we can hold all our sessions virtually via video conference facility, details of which will be added on to our meeting invites so its an easy click to start the meeting.
